Check out what my badass clients have accomplished!

“When I started working with Austin I could barely walk up or down one step, let alone climb a set of stairs without assistance.  A severe knee injury had sidelined me, and I had hit a brick wall working out on my own. With his help I progressed rather rapidly, he targeted specific muscle groups, added in functional exercises, and kept me motivated during very difficult sessions.  I can’t thank him enough for the help, his knowledge of complex movements that would help me get back on my feet (literally) were instrumental in helping me recover a lot of functionality and movement in my knee. I am happy to say climbing steps or even a ladder is something I can do again.”

Working with Austin was one of the best decisions I made this year. I had found myself in a slump and I wanted some external accountability to break the cycle. I got that from Austin and much more. From the start, he helped me to focus my goals and built a program tailored to achieving them sustainably through both diet and weight training. I wanted to build strength while losing fat and having worked with Austin just a few months I’m down 12 pounds and continue to make progress lifting. I feel better than I have in several years. This is no small feat for me as a 36-year-old with a demanding job – I’ve started and stopped the process of consistent exercise throughout my life and this is the first time I’ve stuck with it and have seen significant results. It’s definitely taken work on my end and commitment to the process, but having Austin’s guidance and knowledge has been the real key to my success. 10/10 would recommend!

“While I was working to be more physically healthy I encountered barriers associated with my lack of knowledge on how to train effectively. My methods accounted for over-training injuries that resulted in a lack of motivation to exercise as well as chronic injuries. I chose Austin as my trainer after he approached me in the gym while I was performing an exercise incorrectly and I appreciated his approach. Austin’s approach was unique because of the importance he placed on training in a way that not only complimented my goals, but was also aware of my barriers. This was unique for me because historically I was used to trainers assuming I ultimately desired bulk, when really I am looking for routines that are healthy and allow me to exercise effectively as I age. I particularly liked, what I call, Austin’s client-centered approach. In other words, I am confident he gives my training his full attention.
